The Chairperson of the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Club Owners Association have called on Media Practitioners in the country to promote the country's Football Leagues positively.

She made the call to Sports Journalists in the country to always put out the positives of Nigerian Football rather than focusing on the negatives because positive stories begat positive vibes, just like negatives stories also begats negative vibes. And also because positive stories will yield positive feedback that will attract sponsors to our Football Leagues.

Mrs. Henrrinetta Ehiabor who doubles as Delta Queens Chairperson also advised the Media to partner with the league because such collaboration will help the Leagues get recognition from multinational companies, thereby boosting the country's Football image internationally.

She added that brands will not want to associate themselves or partner with the leagues with negative reports, so it's imperative that we also market our products ourselves.

When quizzed on the standard of officiating in the Nigeria Women Football League this season, she expressed her satisfaction with the officiating, labeling it as "The Best Ever" in terms of officiating in NWFL history. She added that officiating in the ongoing Super Six is a testament to how good the Referees have been this season.
That in every Football competition there will always be complaints about officiating but the Referees have performed excellently so far.

Chief Mrs Henrrinetta Ehiabor wished that the best team will emerge victorious in the competition in other for Nigeria to have a credible representative in the continent. Because at the end of the day, it's the country's Football that will benefit from it...

Mrs Henrrinetta Ehiabor's Delta Queens will on Sunday 11th June 2023 face Defending Champions Bayelsa Queens in the final of the ongoing Super Six at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba to determine the competition's winner and a chance to represent Nigeria in next season's CAF Women Champions League.
