Bayelsa Starlets wins thriller, as late goal secures win against Prosperity Cup Champions;

Anthony Moses's injury time strike against his parent club was the difference between the both sides as Bayelsa Starlets win their last preparatory game before their SPOC scouting program at the Remo Stars International Sports Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.
The game was played under the watchful eyes of top dignitaries such as Former Super Eagle's Coach Samson Siasia and Akwa United Chairman Paul Bassey.

The first half of the game was filled with goals as Last season's Prosperity Cup Top Scorer Junior's own goal gave Starlets the lead.
Few minutes later Junior redeemed himself by beating his marker to restor parity for Crusader Feeders FC to make it 1-1 all.
Bayelsa Starlets went in front again few minutes to the end of the first half but was pegged back by their opponents to tie the game two all to the excitement of the watchful crowd.
The spectators were starved of goals in the second half unlike the first, as both sides made numerous substitutions but the breakthrough came with the last kick of the game as Anthony Moses left footed shot flew past the Goalkeeper to make it 3-2 against his parent club.
Bayelsa Starlets will depart Yenagoa on Sunday 1st October, 2023 for the SPOC scouting program at the Remo Stars International Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State..
